Rice Pizza
Rice Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked rice, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 egg, favorite pizza ingredients and 2 c. finely shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large bowl, combine rice, salt, egg and 1 cup cheese.
Press over bottom of 12-inch pizza pan, making outer edge slightly higher.
Top with pizza sauce and favorite pizza ingredients.
Bake 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
