Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped celery or 3/4 tsp. celery salt, 1/2 c. dried onions, 4 1/2 c. raw rice, 3/4 c. butter and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt butter in 4-quart saucepan over medium heat.
Add rice and saute, stirring constantly until golden brown.
Place in roasting pan.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over rice. Cover lightly.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Fluff with fork before serving.
