Rice Casserole
Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 slices bacon, 1 large onion, 1 large bell pepper, 1 c. water and 1 c. beef consomme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Fry bacon until almost crispy; drain grease.
Add onion and bell pepper and fry until soft.
In casserole dish, add beef consomme, water, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
Add bacon, onion, bell pepper and rice; stir.
Cook at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until rice is done.
Bacon and bell pepper will rise to the top.
