Rice Casserole
Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, browned and drained, 2 2/3 c. boiling water, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. wild rice, 4 tsp. beef instant bouillon and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a 2 1/2-quart casserole, combine boiling water, wild rice and bouillon; let stand for 15 minutes.
In large skillet, cook celery, onion and garlic in butter until tender.
Add to rice mixture with seasonings and long grain rice; mix well.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
