Rice Casserole
Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. rice, 3/4 c. butter, 1 large fresh onion, diced, 3 stalks celery, sliced and 8 oz. sliced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Rinse raw rice several times to get rid of starch.
In skillet, saute rice, butter, onion and celery for 10 minutes.
Put sauteed ingredients in a large bowl.
Add chestnuts, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, soup, water and Kitchen Bouquet.
Pour into greased pan.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until rice is done.
