Rice Cake(Indonesian)
Rice Cake(Indonesian) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, softened, 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 4 eggs, 7 3/4 oz. can sweet coconut juice or about 1/2 (14 oz.) can coconut milk and 1 lb. box sweet rice flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Beat margarine and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add slowly the eggs, coconut juice or milk, rice flour, water, salt and vanilla. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 40 minutes at 350Β° until barely light brown.
Cool.
Sift powdered sugar over, if desired.
Cut into squares.
