Made with c. cooked rice, c. finely chopped onions and green pepper, c. chopped pimientos, (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and c. salad dressing or mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350°
Combine rice, onions, green pepper and pimientos
Blend soup, salad dressing/mayonnaise, 1 cup cheese, milk and seasonings
Stir into rice mixture
Turn into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly
