Made with 4 c. cooked rice, 1/2 c. finely chopped onions and green pepper, 1/4 c. chopped pimientos, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1/3 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350°. Combine rice, onions, green pepper and pimientos.
Blend soup, salad dressing/mayonnaise, 1 cup cheese, milk and seasonings.
Stir into rice mixture.

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
