Rice and Pork Casserole
Rice And Pork Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. pork loin, 4 c. chicken broth, 1 c. sauteed carrots, 1 c. sauteed onions and 1 c. tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut pork into little pieces.
Salt and pepper the meat and saute it in skillet with about 1 to 2 tablespoons oil; drain. Place meat into a casserole dish.
