Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake
Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. rhubarb, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 yellow cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place rhubarb in bottom. Sprinkle jello over rhubarb.
Sprinkle sugar and add marshmallows. Spread prepared cake mix on top. Bake at 350Β° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
If frozen rhubarb is used, extend cooking time to 1 hour.
