Rhubarb Torte
Rhubarb Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. flour, 7 tbsp. powdered sugar, 2/3 c. oleo or butter, 3 to 4 oz. box strawberry jell-o and cool whip or ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix the flour, powdered sugar and butter together and pat into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 minute at 350Β°.
Meanwhile, prepare rhubarb, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix well with rhubarb.
Pour these last ingredients into the baked crust.
Bake approximately 40 minutes.
