Rhubarb Supreme Dessert
Rhubarb Supreme Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter, 2 c. flour, 5 c. rhubarb, 4 tbsp. flour and 6 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cut rhubarb fine.
Mix flour, butter and 2 cups sugar.
Press in a 9 x 14-inch pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350°.
Mix the rest of ingredients together well.
Pour over baked crust and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
Beat egg whites, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla until it holds a peak.
Put over top.
Seal to edge.
Bake until meringue is golden brown.
Cool and serve.
