Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. rhubarb (uncooked), 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 heaping tbsp. flour, 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar, flour, egg yolks and sour cream; set aside.
Put rhubarb in unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Pour sour cream mixture over the fruit.
Bake at 350Β° for about 50 minutes.
Beat egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar.
Spread on top of baked pie and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
