Rhubarb Jello Salad

Made with 2 c. fresh or frozen rhubarb (if frozen, don't use as much water), 1/2 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry or wild strawberry jello and 1 small can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook rhubarb, then add sugar to hot rhubarb and jello.
Stir well and then add pineapple.
Do not drain pineapple.
