Rhubarb Honey Pudding

Blend shortening, 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons honey, vanilla and nutmeg.
Add eggs; beat well.
Stir in bread cubes and corn flakes. Spread rhubarb in 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish; top with remaining 3/4 cup honey.
Cover with corn flake mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until rhubarb is done.
