Rhubarb Dessert
Rhubarb Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 beaten egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and butter.
Mix as for a pie crust. Add beaten egg and milk.
Pat in bottom and sides of a 9-inch square greased pan.
Place rhubarb on crust.
Sprinkle dry gelatin over rhubarb.
Over this, sprinkle streusel topping, made by mixing 1 cup sugar, flour and butter together.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 9.
