Rhubarb Dessert
Rhubarb Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cut rhubarb, 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 pkg. strawberry jello and 1 white or yellow cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, put cut rhubarb, sugar and marshmallows with the jello sprinkled on top.
Mix cake mix as directed on package.
Pour over other ingredients in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes or so and invert out of pan.
Serve.
