Rhubarb Custard Pie
Rhubarb Custard Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. rhubarb, chopped, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. flour and 2 eggs (unbeaten), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix dry ingredients.
Place 2 cups rhubarb in pie shell and sprinkle 1/2 dry mixture over rhubarb.
Add eggs to other 1/2 of dry ingredients and beat well.
Add remaining 2 cups rhubarb to pie shell and pour egg mixture over.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
