Rhubarb Crunch
Rhubarb Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rolled oats, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/4 c. chopped nuts and 1 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix oats, flour and brown sugar. Add nuts. Cut in butter or margarine with a pastry blender or fork until crumbly.
Place half of this mixture in a greased 8 x 8-inch square pan.
Cover with uncooked rhubarb which has been mixed with remaining ingredients. Top with other half of oat mixture.
Bake 45 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
Serve warm.
Cut into squares.
This may be served with ice cream.
