Rhubarb Crunch
Rhubarb Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 1 c. granulated sugar, 5 c. diced rhubarb, 1 c. rolled oats and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine 1/4 cup flour and granulated sugar; mix with rhubarb.
Put into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine oats, 1 1/2 cups flour and brown sugar.
Cut in butter. Crumble over top of rhubarb.
Bake 45 minutes.
Serve warm or cool with whipped cream.
