Rhubarb Crunch
Rhubarb Crunch is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with c. flour, c. oatmeal, c. brown sugar, . cinnamon and c. melted margarine or 1 stick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and margarine.
Take half of that and put in a 9-inch baking dish.
Reserve the other half for later.
Take rhubarb and put over mixture in baking dish. Cook the white sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and water until thick. Pour immediately over rhubarb and put rest of crumbs on.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
