Rhubarb Crunch
Rhubarb Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 5 c. cut up rhubarb, 1 c. rolled oats and 1 1/2 c. pillsbury's best all-purpose or unbleached flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Combine 1/4 cup flour and sugar; mix with rhubarb.
Spread in buttered baking dish.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
Combine oats, 1 1/2 cups flour and brown sugar; cut into batter.
Crumble over rhubarb.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream.
