Rhubarb Crumble
Rhubarb Crumble is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. rhubarb (diced), 3 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 4 tbsp. flour and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Spread rhubarb on bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
Mix sugar, eggs and 4 Tbsp. flour together and pour over rhubarb.
Mix 2 cups flour, brown sugar, soda and butter to crumble.
Top rhubarb with crumble mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serve with Cool Whip.
