Rhubarb Crisp
Rhubarb Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 c. packed brown sugar, 3/4 c. oatmeal, 1/2 c. butter, melted and 4 to 5 c. sliced raw rhubarb, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and butter.
Press 3/4 of mixture into bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan.
Cover with rhubarb.
In saucepan, mix all remaining ingredients.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour over the rhubarb. Sprinkle remaining flour/oatmeal mixture on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes until bubbly and brown.
Yields 12 servings.
