Rhubarb Cream, Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. thinly sliced rhubarb, 1 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 beaten eggs, separated, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 unbaked pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix rhubarb 1 cup sugar, egg yolks and flour.
Pour into crust.
Bake slowly as for custard pies. Beat egg whites and add 2 tablespoons sugar. until stiff peaks form.
Put meringue on top of pie and brown at 350Β°.
