Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 regular white, yellow or lemon cake mix, 3 to 4 c. cut-up rhubarb, 2 c. whipping cream, 1 c. sugar and cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Prepare cake mix as directed and put into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put rhubarb over batter.
Pour whipping cream over rhubarb and sprinkle with the sugar and a little cinnamon, if desired.
