Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oil, 1 egg, 1 c. sour milk and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Stir together sugar and oil.
Beat in egg.
Add 1 cup sour milk (you can make sour milk by adding 1 tablespoon vinegar with 1 cup sweet milk; let set 5 minutes).
Sift 2 cups flour and baking soda on top of mixture.
Put 1/2 to 2 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb with flour.
Then stir everything together.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle cake with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to make a coating before baking.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
