Rhubarb with sugar and 3 tablespoons flour in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
Mix oats, brown sugar and 1 1/2 cups flour in bowl.
Cut in butter and margarine until crumbly.
Sprinkle over rhubarb.
Bake 40 minutes. May double rhubarb
