Rhubarb Bread
Rhubarb Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2/3 c. oil, 1 c. buttermilk, 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Combine brown sugar and oil in a large bowl and beat well. Mix buttermilk, egg, vanilla, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
Add to brown sugar mixture. Blend thoroughly. Gently fold in flour, rhubarb and nuts.
Divide batter evenly between prepared loaf pans.
