Rex'S Sweet Potato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large sweet potatoes, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. milk (1/2 pet and 1/2 sweet), dash of vanilla and 1 stick butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bake potatoes until they stick tender with a fork.
Peel and mash with masher.
