Clean and soak beans approximately 2 hours.

Cut meat into bite size pieces.

Mix all ingredients in a 13 gal. iron pot. Spice with salt, pepper & seasoning to taste.

Cook for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

By the time you drink 6-12 beers and B.S. with relatives, the beans are ready to serve with love.

The way this family eats, if you expect to get any beans, be in line early!

Pot usually lasts 10-15 minutes.

You will probably have enough "NATURAL" gas the next day to cook 4 or 5 pots of beans.
