Reuben Meat Loaf(Makes 8 Servings) is an impressive baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, . lean ground beef, c. soft bread crumbs, (12 oz.) can corned beef, broken apart and large egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Rinse, drain and coarsely chop sauerkraut.
Crumble ground beef.
In a large bowl, place sauerkraut, ground beef, bread crumbs, corned beef, egg, parsley and garlic; mix until well blended.
Pat one-half of the mixture into a shallow 1 1/2-quart round baking dish, forming a slight rim along outer edge of dish.
