Reuben Meat Loaf
Reuben Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 1 c. rye bread crumbs, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish and 1/4 c. russian salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, onion, relish, salad dressing, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Blend.
Add ground meat and mix well.
Pat meat mixture into 8 x 12-inch rectangle on wax paper.
Top with sauerkraut and cheese.
Beginning at short end, roll by lifting end of wax paper.
Press ends to seal.
Place seam side down on a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake 50 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Remove from oven and sprinkle top with cheese.
Turn off oven.
Return to oven to melt cheese.
Serves 4 to 6.
