Reuben Fondue
Reuben Fondue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. cream cheese, 16 oz. sauerkraut, 1/4 c. bread crumbs, oil and 1 small onion, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain sauerkraut thoroughly and chop.
Mix cream cheese, onion, corned beef, sauerkraut and 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
Roll into one-inch balls.
Dip each ball into flour, then cream; roll in bread crumbs.
Heat oil (about 2-inches deep) in fondue pot and cook balls until golden brown.
