Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, 1 (8 oz.) russian or thousand island dressing, 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained, 3/4 pkg. shredded swiss cheese and 1/2 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Crumble corned beef in bottom of well-greased 8 x 12-inch pan. Pat dressing over corned beef.
Spread sauerkraut over top.
Then cover top with Swiss cheese.
