Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed, 1/2 tbsp. caraway seed, 1/2 lb. corned beef, sliced thin, 2 large tomatoes, sliced and 1/4 c. thousand island dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Spread sauerkraut on bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon caraway seed.
Layer corned beef and caraway seed.
Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
Layer tomato slices next.
Top with grated cheese and bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400Β°.
