Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (26 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 cans corned beef, crumbled and 12 oz. grated swiss, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix sauerkraut, onion and sour cream.
Spread in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with the crumbled corned beef and then the Swiss cheese.
Top with the bread cubes which have been tossed with the melted butter.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350Β°. Serves 8 to 10.
(Half recipe in an 8 x 8-inch pan for 35 minutes.)
