Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, 8 oz. sour cream, 1 c. diced onions, 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef and 3/4 lb. grated swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Drain sauerkraut and throw out liquid. Mix sauerkraut, sour cream and onions.
Spread into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Add layer of corned beef followed by layer of Swiss cheese. Melt margarine and mix with bread crumbs.
Spread bread crumbs over Swiss cheese.
(For bread crumbs, tear slices into pieces and put in your blender - "instant bread crumbs.")
Bake for 45 minutes and serve with dill pickles.
