Pour boiling water over lard.

When melted, add sugar, salt, milk and beaten eggs.

Crumble yeast into this and mix well.

Add potatoes and 2 to 3 cups flour.

Add flour by cupful until mixture is fairly stiff.

Put into large, greased bowl.

Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.

Two hours before baking, punch down. Make into rolls.

Let rise until double in size.

Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
