Mix thoroughly the first 4 ingredients.
Sift together the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and stir in.
Mix thoroughly. Press and mold into a long, smooth roll about 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
Wrap in wax paper and chill until stiff.
Slice thin and place a little apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until lightly browned in a 400Β° or moderate oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
