Refrigerated Peach Pie
Refrigerated Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 3 tbsp. peach jello and 1 c. peaches, drained and diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Bake pie shell first.
Double the ingredients if you want to make 2 pies.
Combine sugar, cornstarch and jello in saucepan. Add water and cook on stove until mixture boils.
Let boil 1 minute; set aside.
Spread peaches out evenly in baked pie shell. Pour mixture over peaches.
Refrigerate.
Serve when completely jelled.
Top with Cool Whip when serving.
