Bring the first 5 ingredients almost to a boil.
Add the sugar, flour and vanilla.
Mix together with the other ingredients and bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes in a sheet pan.
When cake comes out of oven, spread on top of cake 1 tablespoon oil and 1 cup peanut butter.
