Red Wine Garlic Marinade is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. red wine, 2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tsp. oregano and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
Pour over beef, poultry or shrimp in plastic bag, shallow dish or marinating dish. Seal bag or cover dish.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain, reserving marinade.
Grill as desired, basting often with marinade.
Yields 1 1/4 cups.
