Red Bean Salad
Red Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (no. 3) cans beans, 1 medium onion, 1 c. celery, 1/2 c. pickles (dill) and 2 hard-boiled eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook red beans or use canned one (I prefer canned ones for this, as they stay whole better).
Drain well.
Add chopped onion, celery, pickle and finely chopped eggs.
Toss with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
May add a little Worcestershire and hot sauce, if desired.
Great with barbecue of any kind.
