Recovery Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1-1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 large onions, diced, 2 large garlic cloves, minced, 1/2 large green pepper, diced and 3 stalks celery, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute beef in large 8-quart pot.
Add onion and garlic.
Add all ingredients in order listed.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce to low heat and let simmer about 1/2 hour.
