Reba's Tennessee Style Corn Bread
Reba'S Tennessee Style Corn Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8.5 oz. each) boxes jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 c. shredded jalapeño, monterey jack cheese, sharp cheddar or any kind and 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix corn muffin mix according to package directions.
Spread half batter in greased oblong (about 11 x 7-inch) baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese, however spicy you like it.
Mix creamed corn into the remaining cornbread batter and pour on top of the cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until cornbread is set in center and browned.
