Ray's Original Stuffed Mushrooms
Ray'S Original Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 15 large whole mushrooms, 1 pkg. mild or hot ground sausage, 1 tbsp. garlic, 1 tsp. sweet basil and 2 tbsp. dale's steak sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut out stems in mushrooms; chop finely.
Put aside.
Brown sausage and crumble.
Drain well.
Add to sausage mushrooms stems, garlic, basil, Dale's steak sauce and bread crumbs.
Mix together well.
Put a little butter and steak sauce in mushrooms, then stuff with sausage mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for about 15 to 20 minutes. Regulate ingredients to your taste.
