Raspberry Bars
Raspberry Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, at room temperature, 1/2 c. sugar, yolks of 2 large eggs, 2 c. all-purpose flour and 1/2 c. raspberry jam (red), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat margarine and sugar.
Add egg yolks and beat.
Stir in flour 1/2 cup at a time to form a soft dough.
Press 1 1/4 cups of dough into bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
Spread jam on it.
Pat remaining dough on top.
Sprinkle evenly with confectioners sugar and nuts.
Bake for 35 minutes at 375Β°.
Remove and cool.
Makes 36 bars.
