Ranger Cookies
Ranger Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cream the shortening and sugars together.
Add the eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt together; add to creamed mixture.
Mix well, then add the oatmeal, rice cereal and coconut and mix well.
Dough will be quite crumbly.
Mold with hands into balls the size of a walnut. Place on a cookie sheet and press slightly.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
