Randy's Broccoli and Chicken Casserole
Randy'S Broccoli And Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix, 1 stick margarine, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped onion and 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place half of stuffing mix in a greased 2-quart casserole. In a saute pan, melt margarine and add celery, onion and broccoli, cooking until tender.
Add chicken, rice, cheese and soup.
Spread over stuffing mixture and top with remaining stuffing.
Cover and bake at 325Β° for 40 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 10 minutes more.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
